It comes from a smoke-free home.
The caddy has some scratch and/or scuff marks on the bottom (i.e., on the base).
It may have other light signs of previous use.

I was told that Electrolux only made a limited number of caddies like this one.
It has been kept in storage with a vintage Electrolux Epic Floor Pro Heavy Duty Floor Shampooer (Model 1739).
(The Model 1739 shampooers were manufactured by Electrolux Corporation from 1993 to 1994.)
The caddy was designed to hold the shampooer brushes and pads in the front and the shampoo, wax, and floor polish bottles in the back.
I assume that this Electrolux caddy is very rare.  I have not been able to find any further information about it online, nor have I been able to find photos of another one like it.
