    Description

This is a wonderful vintage theatre publication focusing on the history or actors and and acting. The table of contents is shown in the 3rd photo and I found myself reading this interesting publication even though I have no background in the theater arts. There are too many actors from that time period discussed or depicted to name them all here, but a few that caught my eye are:
Pauline Lord, Dame Sybil Thorndike, Ballet from Ziegfeld Follies, Ruggero Ruggero, Sergio Tofano, Edith Evans, Gwen Ffrangcon-Davies, Fay Compton, Cedric Hardwicke, Charles Laughton, John Gielgud, Eleonora Duse and Alma Stanley (Whistler painting).
    The publication is about 11 x 8.25"
