PRODUCT DETAILS:

This is a brand new aftermarket part in good working condition.

This part has a 6-prongs plug with a female wire.
(pic #2 & #3)

For some models, it may need a slight modification. (to add a Resistor, pls read below &
check the last 2 pictures
)

Package includes:
1 x Ignition Switch and a 100+/- ohm Resistor, two keys.
**NOTE:
Since the manufacturer / aftermarket part hasn't preinstalled a Resistor for the Ignition, we have included one for you before installing it on the bike, you have to solder an appropriate Resistor on the grey wire(pls read note below). However, the included Resistor was purchased brand new from other sellers/vendors, we haven't been tested/verified them if they are in normal working condition, by far, we haven't heard any issues from our customers. You may use your own Resistor if you want/have one and we suggest that to install by a mechanic.
*** It's similar to the OEM # 27005-1169/1179.
** NOTE:
in order to get this item to work properly, you may need to install a
100+/- OHM (1/4 W) Resistor
(resistor included)
in line with the Grey wire that going to the CDI (
see pic #4 &
#5 & the last two
), otherwise, it may not start the engine (have no spark), this works for many of our customers, seek for a professional or a mechanic if you need help. **For some cases, you may just swap the key-entry over to your harness if you know how to do it.

If the both options above won't work for you, then we suggest that you purchase the OEM part from the dealer.

he last two pictures was provided by one of our customers which he soldered a 100 ohm resistor in-line (anywhere) with the grey wire.

We suggest that you install the resistor by a professional or a mechanic, return will NOT be accepted if the item is damaged by installing the resistor and/or not in the original condition.
